Georgia is a mixed breed. She is approximately 3 years old and weighs approximately 55 pounds. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
Georgia was rescued from the euthanasia list at a local shelter due to behavioral issues.
Georgia can be fearful, quickly attach to people, and resource guard those she attaches to.
Georgia entered an extensive 3-week board and train program to help with this behavior. She has made outstanding progress and now needs to go to a home where she can continue working on her new skills.
Georgia is a sweet and loving girl. She is devoted and loyal, loving nothing more than being with her people. She is affectionate, loving, and playful. Georgia is intelligent, quick to learn, and eager to please.
Georgia has learned several commands in her training including heal, sit and down.
Georgia needs to go to a patient and understanding home where she can continue working on her training daily. She would do best in a home with no children or other animals.
Anyone who fosters or adopts Georgia will meet with her trainer to understand her needs and to learn how to continue working with her on her new skills.
